As the theme of NWO Life 2025 is Essentials of Life, we encourage you to showcase your innovative research, technological advances or facilities through engaging and practical demonstrations.
The demo-stands are meant for researchers who would like to present their tangible results and for groups or researchers who offer a facility to other researchers.
Think along the lines of demonstrating prototypes, showing new methods and techniques, networking games, diversity initiatives or ideas that show potential of making impact on society. In short, research that you cannot display on a poster.
Due to space constraints, we can accommodate a limited number of demos. Demos will be selected by NWO after the submission deadline. Proposals can be submitted by researchers at all career stages. It is possible to present your demo on one or both of the conference days.
Submit your proposal when you register for the conference before the deadline on: 22 April 2025
